How to order

Please contact us about avalability of the art work via ‘Order Form’ or email.

We will message you. Please note that the price excludes shipping, insurance and other fees. It might take a while to write you back if you need international shipping, as we need to calculate the shipping and insurance fees which change depending on your country, the size and the weight of the art work. We also need to get the Export Certificate for antiques from the Japanese government when you need international shipping and the fee will be charged as well. If the art work has ivory parts, we have to replace them with different material ones and the fee will be also charged. Lastly, customs duty will have to be paid by the buyer.

Please make payment. Wire transfer and VISA / Mastercard are accepted.

The art work will be sent to you as soon as we confirm your payment.

Please kindly note that it will take a few more weeks in case of international shipping, as we need to get the Export Certificate for antiques from the Japanese government.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to help. Please contact us via email within 7 calendar days from the date you receive the art work. In case that you would like to return it, we will refund the purchase price (*excludes the shipping, insurance and export certificate fee) after we receive and check it. Please note that the buyer is responsible for all the fees for returning the art work.
